It depends on the event. Most of our community events and collaborations are open to all levels. Any experience requirements will be listed clearly on the event listing before you book.
Wear something comfortable you can move freely in. This rooftop mat Pilates session includes an exclusive Blyss activewear set to wear and take home, so just come ready to move. For mat and Reformer sessions we recommend grip socks.
Use the "Book Your Spot" button on the event page to reserve your place through GymFlow, or book via the GymFlow app. Places are limited, so we recommend booking early.
Places are limited to keep events intimate and well-supported. The number of spots remaining is shown on the event listing when you book through GymFlow — once it's full, booking will close.
Please give as much notice as possible if you can no longer attend, by emailing becca@forgepilates.co.uk. As event places and goodie bags are prepared in advance, tickets may be non-refundable close to the event date.
