What is Reformer Pilates?

Reformer Pilates combines controlled movement and resistance to help build strength, improve alignment and support how your body moves day to day. Each class is structured to feel focused, supportive and accessible, whether you're new or more experienced.

We train on professional-grade Hampton Reformers because we think good equipment makes a real difference. Our instructors are highly qualified and genuinely passionate about helping you progress. Classes stay small so you always get proper attention, and the whole experience is designed to feel good from the moment you walk in.

“I’ve just been to a reformer Pilates session with Becca and absolutely loved it! I’ve done Pilates in the past, but never tried a reformer board and couldn’t believe how many different ways you can use it. Becca made the class feel fun, welcoming and kept checking our form throughout the session. The space is nice and bright, aesthetically pleasing and in a great location. It went really quickly as I was enjoying so much. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially if you’ve never tried it before. Thank you so much Becca!”

As someone new to it, I was made to feel comfortable and it's something I would like to do again soon. I've just purchased a gift voucher for a friend to enjoy a session there for her birthday ☺️”
