Welcome to Forge Pilates. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at forgepilates.co.uk and your booking of any class, workshop, event, or gift voucher with Forge Pilates (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or booking with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. About Us
Forge Pilates is operated by Forge Pilates Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 16455493, with a registered office at 18 Rose Drive, Cringleford, Norwich, NR4 7SZ. You can contact us at becca@forgepilates.co.uk.
2. Use of This Website
You must be 18 or over to book or attend a class with Forge Pilates — we’re unable to permit anyone under 18 to attend, and due to health and safety reasons, we’re unable to allow children in the studio while group classes are running. You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
3. Health & Physical Activity Disclaimer
Pilates and movement-based exercise carry an inherent level of physical risk. By booking a class, workshop, or session with Forge Pilates, you confirm that:
- You are in good general health and have no medical condition that could be made worse by physical exercise, or you have consulted your GP or a qualified medical professional before attending;
- You will inform your instructor of any injury, condition, or pregnancy before a class begins;
- You take part in all classes at your own risk, and our instructors will provide guidance but cannot be held responsible for injury arising from participation.
If you are ever unsure whether a class is suitable for you, please contact us before booking.
4. Bookings & Classes
Class bookings are made through our booking platform, GymFlow, using pre-purchased credits. A binding booking is only formed once you receive a booking confirmation from us; prices and availability are subject to change before that point. When you book a class, workshop, or session:
- You are booking a place subject to availability, using credits held on your account;
- You can change or cancel your booking free of charge, provided you do so at least 12 hours before the class start time — your credit will be returned to your account to use on another class;
- If you cancel within 12 hours of the class, or fail to attend (“no-show”), your credit will not be returned and cannot be transferred;
- Please arrive on time — if you haven’t been to the studio before, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early for an induction chat. Our studio operates a 5-minute lateness policy: doors are locked 5 minutes after the class start time, and if you arrive after this you won’t be able to join the class and your credit will not be returned;
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to make future bookings;
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class where necessary (e.g. instructor illness, low attendance, or unforeseen circumstances); if we cancel a class you’ve booked, we’ll contact you by email and offer a refund of the credit used, or return it to your account to rebook.
5. Events & Workshops
Events and workshops listed on our website are bookable subject to availability and may sell out. Where an event is marked as “Sold Out,” we are unable to guarantee a place, though we may operate a waiting list — please contact us to ask. Event pricing, dates, and details are correct at the time of publishing but may be subject to change; we’ll let you know of any material changes as soon as we can.
6. Gift Vouchers
- Gift vouchers can be purchased through our website in the denominations shown at checkout.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after this date.
- Vouchers can be redeemed against classes, packs, or workshops at Forge Pilates and cannot be exchanged for cash, in full or in part.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
- We reserve the right to refuse a voucher that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or altered.
7. Payments
All prices on our website are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments for class credits, packs, workshops, and gift vouchers are processed securely through GymFlow, our booking and payment platform, which uses its own trusted third-party payment processors (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) to handle card data — we do not see or store your full card details ourselves. Amounts paid for credits are non-refundable and all prices are final; special offer purchases made on temporary deals are non-transferable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change our prices at any time; changes will not affect a booking or voucher already confirmed.
8. Discount Codes
Discount codes and vouchers may only be used by the person they were intended for and should not be shared. We reserve the right to cancel any booking made in breach of this.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Forge Pilates and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
We provide this website and our classes with reasonable care and skill, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or attendance at a class, except where that loss arises from our negligence or is a personal injury or death caused by our negligence, in which case our liability is not excluded or limited.
11. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as Instagram or Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site.
12. Privacy & Cookies
Our use of your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy and our use of cookies is set out in our Cookie Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above.
